Black Bear Nativity set comes with 10 pieces. They are made to look like wood but are made of resin. Most of the pieces are 6.5" to 7.5" tall. The smaller ones (Baby-Camel-Sheep) are about 2" to 3" tall and Mary is about 5" tall.
